Prosecutors have confirmed this agreement and have communicated the details of the deal to the families of the victims. The letter outlining the terms of the agreement states that the men, who have been in U.S. custody since 2003, have agreed to plead guilty to multiple charges, including the murder of nearly 3,000 people as indicated in the charge sheet.
